Cancellation policy – rules and terms
- Cancellation fee of 25% of the total value of reservation is charged in case of cancellation for any type of tour to Auschwitz from any city
- No refunds are issued in case of cancellations made later than before 24 hours of the tour
- No refunds are issued in case of booking for tours to Auschwitz from Krakow
- Cancellation of bookings for groups of 8 people and more – individual terms for each booking
Payment
- Full payment in advance is required to confirm a reservation
- Payments can be made with credit card or bank transfer
